Journal of Regional Analysis and Policy

JRAP

The Journal of Regional Analysis and Policy is the peer-reviewed academic publication of the MCRSA. In cooperation with the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University, it is published on-line twice per year and is available in an open access format as a service of the MCRSA membership.

Its goal is to publish high quality regional science manuscripts that are theory-based, empirically-sound, and policy-relevant. The editorial staff actively seeks quality submissions and endeavors to provide a prompt and thorough double-blind peer review for all manuscripts submitted to the Journal. Joshua Hall, Editor-in-Chief.

The journal includes an Economic Impact Analysis (EIA) section. This section offers a dedicated space for practitioners and researchers to showcase completed economic impact studies. It showcases applied research through a concise 2,500-word summary highlighting key findings, methodological best practices, and policy implications. This initiative aims to advance the field by promoting transparency, rigor, and practical insights.
