Membership

The two primary functions of the Mid-Continent Regional Science Association are to create an annual professional development opportunity through the annual conference and to support The Journal of Regional Analysis & Policy as an outlet for policy oriented research. The Journal is an open-access electronic journal that is freely available to all. This reflects the Association's commitment to make such information and knowledge as widely available as possible. But, giving it away freely and putting it online does not mean the Journal's production process is without expense. Supporting the Journal financially is what Association membership dues are used for.

Regular Annual Membership $60.00

Includes authors and other individuals attending the Annual Conference (except students). Membership does not include admittance to the Annual Meeting. A $5.00 late payment fee applies to dues received after January 1, 2012.

Emeritus Annual Membership $10.00

Student Annual Membership $30.00

By attending the Annual Conference at the student registration rate of $60.00, Association membership is complimentary. A valid student ID is required.

Refund Policy

No refund of membership dues will be made. Those paying the combined annual membership and conference registration fee may receive a partial refund of the annual conference fee through written notification to the MCRSA Treasurer of their unavailability to attend the meetings no later than May 25, 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 25, 2012.
